Service Description

We will practice solo Brazilian jiu-jitsu, self defense, and yang yoga techniques to improve cardiac health, mobility, and fight back against attackers, anxiety, depression, and stagnation! You will work up a sweat. Appropriate for ages 5+ (with parental supervision). Please note, you must be able to sit, jump, and stand for this class. For a gentler exercise, try the Yin/Kundalini yoga class.
